Whether you are right here in Denver or in states away, we'll work hard to get you what you want as quickly as possible.

We work with interior designers, hospitality services, and customers in markets all over the West, and we strive to make it feel as though the showroom is right there even though we may be miles away. We ship samples, full size rugs, tools for customizing, and work hard to get whatever you need as quickly as possible so that you can serve your clients.

See a rug in our Collection that you want to purchase or want to see more details on? Give us a call or shoot us an email and we can help facilitate.

All in-stock rugs are available to purchase. You can come into the showroom to see it in person, schedule an in-home trial, have a virtual video and detailed images sent to you for approval, or we can even ship the full size rug to you on trial if you are outside of our delivery area.

We work with installers across the country as well as FedEx so we can make trials happen states away. Just because we aren’t physically there, doesn’t mean our rugs can’t be!

Custom Rug Orders

See a rug in the showroom or online that you like but need to change colors or size? No problem! Come into the showroom or contact us and we will assist with the entire custom process, from pom selection to renderings and strike-offs.

If you aren’t able to make it into the showroom, we can easily ship color poms and rug samples to help you customize from a distance. We will send you a diagram and instructions on how to pick colors and virtually walk you through the entire process.

Build a Custom Library

Many of our firms, even here in Denver, like resources at their fingertips. For this reason and for many of our out of state clients, we have formed a custom library program.

You and your firm can hand-select samples and designs that you know would be of interest to your designers and clients. We custom make the samples to fit your aesthetic and color schemes so you have rug options at your disposal for current projects. You still have access to all of the samples the showroom has to offer, but you have a selection at your firm to start with.

We can change the samples out as needed. Many of our firms swap samples out on a bi-yearly basis to keep their libraries fresh.

Keep in mind our samples are always useful even if they aren’t to your firm. If there are any samples you find you aren’t using or don’t need, please don’t throw them away. Virtual Showroom & Designer

Can’t make it into the showroom or need to work with us virtually? We have you covered! We can take you on a virtual tour of the showroom via Skype, Zoom, or FaceTime and flip the piles just as though you are here with us. Or if you don’t have time during business hours, we can create a video for you to show you what we have in the showroom.

We are trained interior designers, so we can assist virtually on selections as well. Send us images of your palette, inspiration shots, fabrics & finishes and we can do the selections for you! We are in the Denver Design Center so we have the ability to pull fabrics & finishes as needed from other showrooms as we look at options and prepare your presentation.
